Each Forest City community boasts its own array of amenities: from attractive landscapes with parks, tot lots, and picnic areas, to upscale community centers with fitness centers, gyms, theaters and multi-function party rooms. You’ll also enjoy fun resident events and programs sponsored by Forest City. These features make you feel at home among great neighbors in your Forest City community.

Your community center is even available for event reservations every day of the year. Each community center is equipped with a complete kitchen, plus large tables and plenty of chairs for your private functions. You may reserve any community center up to six months in advance.

There is no charge to rent the centers, but a reasonable cleaning/damage deposit of $200 is required to secure your reservation. The deposit is 100% refundable if the community center is returned clean and in original condition.
